You Provide Directly Identity information:

• Identity verification images: At checkout we ask for a photo of your government-issued photo ID and a selfie, so we can confirm you are 21 or older as New York State law requires. If you have an active HF code from a previous verified order, you may not need to upload them again.
• Contact information: Email address, phone number
• Delivery information: Delivery address, borough, and ZIP code
• Account information: Username, password (if you create an account), order history, preferences
• Communications: Messages, feedback, or inquiries you send to us via email, text, or our website contact forms
• Referral information: If you participate in our referral program, we collect the name or contact information of the person you refer (with their consent)

Information Collected Automatically

• Device & browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers
• Usage data: Pages visited, links clicked, time spent on pages, referral URLs, and browsing behavior on our site

• Delivery personnel: Drivers receive your name, delivery address, and order details necessary to complete your delivery
• Payment: We accept cash at delivery or pickup. We do not use an online payment processor and do not collect card or bank details through our website.
• Analytics and monitoring providers: We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and New Relic to understand site traffic and keep the site working (see Section 6). We never send your ID images to these providers. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Marketing and communication platforms: Email or SMS providers we use to send confirmations and promotional messages (subject to your preferences)
• Legal and regulatory authorities: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to comply with New York State cannabis licensing and regulatory requirements administered by the OCM
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction

Any third parties with whom we share data are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.

5. Age Verification

New York State law requires us to verify that every customer is 21 or older before completing any cannabis sale. We verify age in two ways:

1. At checkout, you upload a photo of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license, passport or IDNYC) and a selfie. Our staff compare the selfie to the ID to confirm it is yours. We do not use automated facial recognition.
2. At delivery or pickup, our staff check your physical ID before handing over your order.

Your ID images are stored with your order and customer record, attached to our internal order notifications, and linked to your HF code so returning customers can skip re-uploading. Only our staff use them, and only to verify age and identity for your orders. We do not sell them or use them for marketing. We keep them for as long as your HF code is active, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by contacting us (you will need to verify again on your next order).

We reserve the right to cancel any order and refuse delivery if valid ID cannot be provided or does not match.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for the website to function (e.g., maintaining your cart, session authentication). These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand how visitors use our site (e.g., Google Analytics). You may opt out via your browser settings or the Google opt-out tool.
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings and preferences (e.g., your ZIP code or delivery preferences).
• Marketing cookies: Used to deliver relevant advertisements where applicable. We do not participate in cannabis ad networks that target minors.

Analytics, session recording and performance tools

• Google Analytics measures visits and shopping activity, such as products viewed, items added to cart, checkout steps reached and completed orders. We do not send your name, email, phone number, address, ID details or order notes to Google Analytics. Opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors move through our pages (clicks, taps and scrolling) as heatmaps and session replays so we can improve the site. Anything typed into forms is hidden, and on our Cart, Checkout, order confirmation and account pages all page content is hidden from recordings. Clarity uses cookies such as _clck and _clsk. • New Relic monitors site speed and errors so we can keep the site working. It does not record your personal details.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy and to comply with applicable legal requirements.

• Order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with New York tax and cannabis regulatory requirements
• Age verification records are retained as required by the New York OCM. ID verification images are kept as described in Section 5.
• Account data is retained until you request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Marketing preferences and communication logs are retained until you opt out

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password storage (hashing), and access controls that limit who within our organization can view sensitive data. We comply with the New York SHIELD Act, which requires us to implement a data security program appropriate to the size and nature of our business.
