Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order for all New York boroughs. Staten Island and Long Island require a minimum order of $100.00.
Is my first delivery really free?
Yes. Your first delivery fee is waived automatically within a 5 mile radius. No code required. Valid on first order only.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No account is required to browse the menu. However, you will need to complete age verification with a government-issued ID and selfie at checkout before your first order is processed.
What delivery areas do you serve?
We deliver across all five NYC boroughs (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, Staten Island), Long Island, and Upstate New York. For deliveries beyond 20 miles from our Brooklyn store, a $2.25 per mile fee applies.

What is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary by borough. Brooklyn starts from $5, Queens from $8, Manhattan from $12, The Bronx from $12, Staten Island and Long Island varies by distance. See the full fee breakdown in the Delivery section above.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically arrives in 1–3 hours or less. Orders are placed into the next available delivery window. Day Menu runs 8AM–8PM daily. Night Menu runs 8PM–2AM Wednesday through Sunday. Deliveries over 20 miles may take longer depending on traffic.

How to pay and tipping your driver
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash and Bitcoin. Payment is made on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready when your driver arrives.
Do your drivers accept tips?
Yes, our drivers accept tips and greatly appreciate them. Tips can be given in cash at the time of delivery.

Are vapes final sale?
Yes. All vape and disposable products are final sale. Vapes must be tested in front of the driver at the time of delivery. If an issue is found during delivery, the driver will verify and may offer an immediate replacement. Once the driver leaves, we cannot honor replacements or refunds.
What is your general return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please report it immediately to your driver before they leave. We will do our best to resolve any issues at the time of delivery.
